When you submit a travel enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you.We use this information to complete your booking or to contact you only.

Booking Policies

All bookings are non-refundable, Non-Changeable, Non-Transferable unless specified by the airlines. Date, name and routing changes will be as per airline terms and fare rules and you will be required to pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and any applicable post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline's fare rules, policies and procedures, which are not under our control.

This trip is priced with fare which is limited in availability and cannot be guaranteed unless paid and ticket. We reserve the right to ask for additional security checks i.e. authorization code, CC authorization form.

I hereby authorize Airfaresreservation LLC and associated partners / supplier to take payment from my card.

All International flights requested to re confirm their flights 72 Hr before flight time and for domestic flights at least 24 hrs. Some flight tickets are changeable 72 Hr before flight time and for domestic flights at least 24 hrs.

We do not assume responsibility for and will not compensate passengers for travel interruption caused by matters beyond our control; including those caused by Acts of God and Nature, overbooking and or changes made by carriers/hotels/car rental companies/tour operators, etc.

We strongly advise the importance of travel insurance and suggest having adequate coverage. Review traveler(s) name and flight details as U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) secure flight program now mandate all traveler(s) to provide the date of birth and gender as in the passport or government issued photo id.

Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in imprisonment and/or penalties (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals.

All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are not guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation for the same.

There is no fee to cancel a flight ticketed within 12 hours of initial purchase (*Terms & Conditions Apply) Beyond 24 hours of initial purchase flight booking must be cancelled 6 hours prior to scheduled departure time to retain ticket value for one year from the initial purchase date less applicable cancellation fee. If not within this time cancelled re-booking is not permitted and the ticket has no value.

For travel within Canada, bookings need to be cancelled the same day 1 hour before midnight (Canadian Time). 9. Ticket is non-refundable in case of Cancel/No-Show, will only be waived for death of passenger or family member provided the proof of demise is presented to us directly.

For Frontier Airline change & cancellation fee is $99 per person and future credit must be used within 90 days from the date of cancellation.

For Spirit Airline change & cancellation fee is $120 per person and future credit must be used within 60 days from the date of cancellation.

For all other domestic airlines (within the USA) date change charge is minimum USD 200.00 for re-issuance/re-validation per person and fare difference if applicable.

For international airlines date change charge is minimum USD 300.00 for re-issuance/re-validation per person and fare difference if applicable.

Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment or customers will receive a check in the email.

Routing change will be subject to airline policy
